# Rate Limits

Rate limits are per-minute and vary by plan. Inspect the X-RateLimit response headers to know where you stand.

# Rate Limits

Rate limits are per-minute and vary by plan. Check the `X-RateLimit-Limit` and `X-RateLimit-Remaining` response headers on any API call.

## Per-plan limits

| Plan | Requests / min |
| --- | --- |
| Free | 60 |
| Pro | 300 |
| Team | 1,000 |
| Enterprise | 5,000 |

## Headers

Every response includes rate limit headers so you can pace your requests programmatically:

```
X-RateLimit-Limit: 300
X-RateLimit-Remaining: 287
X-RateLimit-Reset: 1709683200
```

`X-RateLimit-Reset` is a Unix timestamp indicating when your remaining counter refreshes.

When you exceed your limit, you'll get a `429` response. Back off until the `X-RateLimit-Reset` timestamp before retrying — hammering will just keep returning 429.
