Trial
Pro and Team include a 14-day trial. No credit card required to start.
Changing plans
Settings → Billing → Change plan. Upgrades are prorated and apply immediately. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle (so you don't lose the time you paid for).
If a downgrade would put you over a limit (e.g. you have 60 monitors and downgrade to Free), you'll be asked to delete monitors before the change applies.
Cancellation
Cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Your account stays active until the end of the current billing period.
